Partnerships
Randstad actively seeks partnerships that reflect our core values and our most active partnerships are with the international NGO, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), Local Employer Partnership (LEP) and Tomorrows People.
Besides these corporate initiatives, there are many CSR related activities which take place via our branch network at a local level.
Our dedication goes beyond finding jobs for people and candidates for clients – we strive to consistently demonstrate a wider sense of social responsibility.
Randstad and the Job Centre Plus/Local Employer Partnership (LEP)

| Randstad have worked successfully with jobcentreplus for a number of years. In 2007 Randstad were the first recruitment agency to sign a national partnership agreement. This also included our commitment to LEP's initiative to help 250,000 people at a disadvantage in the labour market find work by the end of 2010. |

VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas)

| VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) is an international development organization that works with volunteers. VSO does not send food or money to developing countries. Instead, they take a “people to people” approach. |

| We are proud to work in partnership with Tomorrows People as our UK Corporate Sponsored Charity in this their 25th Jubilee Year.
Randstads 2009 focus is with Tomorrows People Health & Work Operation supporting their Employment Advisors based at GP surgeries, hospitals, and pain clinics to help the long-term sick get back to work. |
