Randstad was founded on the belief that the value of work is a unifying force that shapes society for the better. Our inclusive approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is based on our history of fostering dialogue between all relevant parties and keeping the interests of all stakeholders (clients, unions, governments and flexworkers) in mind.
Since our beginnings in the 1960s, Randstad has been conscious that success depends on society as a whole benefiting from the positive effects of all stakeholders working together. For this reason, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a key element to the way we work.
We take pride in finding suitable jobs for our flex-workers and ideal candidates for our clients, but our commitment to society does not stop there. We shape the future World of Work by sharing our knowledge and experiences with everyone involved in the employment sector.
