Randstad completes small divestments

On January 12, 2012 Randstad completed the divestment of the payrolling business of Ma Foi Randstad in India. Randstad has sold these activities to Automatic Data Processing Inc. (Nasdaq: ADP). This divestment enables Ma Foi Randstad to focus on its core activities in India, which are Search & Selection, Staffing and HR Solutions.

While further streamlining its portfolio, Randstad also exited Angola. On January 2, 2012 Randstad sold its subsidiary Select Vedior Lda in Angola to its management.

Finally, Randstad completed the divestment of Yacht Teccon's Aerospace business as of December 31, 2011. This transaction was announced in a press release on November 8, 2011.

These transactions do not have any material impact on the results or financial position of the Randstad Group.
