Natasha Welch - Supplier Contracts Manager, Randstad Corporate & Managed Services
Natasha previously worked at Randstad Technologies (formerly known as Abraxas) as PA to the Board. In July, she transferred to Randstad Corporate and Managed Services (RCMS) to take on a completely different role as Supplier Contracts Manager.
"There’s a great feeling of a team environment at Randstad, and everyone has a lot of respect for each other and the work that they do. The level of motivation they all have is contagious. I also love the feeling that I’ve been employed to do something that they know I can do, so they let me work in a way that suits me, whilst still providing support as and when I need it.
Although my role is very different in Randstad Corporate and Managed Services, the one thing that’s stayed the same is the people. I feel just as welcome here as I did at Randstad Technologies when I first started. I also think that both have very supportive and approachable management, which allows you to achieve your potential and not something I’ve always encountered at previous companies.

Alison Kearney - Business Manager at Randstad Education
After a successful 2½ years in Randstad Staffing, Alison transferred to Randstad Education in April 2010 to become the Business Manager in Warrington.
"What I enjoy most about my new role is the diversity - each day is different! I love speaking to schools and colleges to understand their needs and discussing what makes the right candidate for them. Without wishing to sound cheesy, this role really makes a difference. On average, a child is taught by a supply teacher for approximately one year of their academic life. I am really enjoying the challenge of learning about a new sector, working with new clients and meeting new people.

Rod Jackson - Managing Director, Randstad Technologies
In September 2009, Rod Jackson moved from Randstad Staffing to become the Managing Director of Randstad Technologies.
“During my 8 years with Randstad Staffing (formerly Select Appointments) I held the roles of Commercial Director, Chief Operating Officer and more recently Director of Shared Services. My background has been a mixture of working for either IT companies or Staffing companies, so moving to Randstad Technologies represented the perfect fit for me. It is a blend of the two industries that I have spent most of my life learning about and for which I have a great passion.

Paul Robinson - General Manager, Randstad New Zealand
After 5 years working for Martin Ward Anderson in London, Paul moved to Randstad New Zealand in June of this year to becoming the General Manager for Accounting, Finance & Banking.
“In the UK I worked for Martin Ward Anderson, a leading specialist finance recruitment firm. I originally came to the UK from New Zealand with a plan to be there for around 3 years. This quickly turned into a period of 6½ years, after which I decided it was time to think about going home - New Zealand was always going to be home. One of the biggest concerns was heading home during a recession and not having a job to go home to. I took the opportunity to discuss my plans with my CEO at the time. In some companies this conversation could have been very detrimental to your career but I had complete faith and knew that this would not be the case in Randstad.
Having the opportunity to work for Randstad in another country can only be of benefit to my career. I have the stability on my CV of staying with one organisation while progressing in position and responsibility. It also gives me exposure to different parts of the world within one company.
