Customer Service & Sales Representative (|Full Time -Permanent Position)We are currently looking for individuals with a proven track record in customer service and a willingness to achieve career progression. Working for one of the worlds largest banks, you will be assisting current and potential new customers with their day-to-day needs. As a first point of contact, you will need to listen and assess each customer and provide them with excellent customer service. Full training is provided; with ongoing support and training to ensure that your career will progress. Duties will include dealing with inbound customer enquiries in relation to customers accounts i.e. bill payments, setting up standing orders, direct debits, general account information, as well as informing customers of further products and service that may benefit them NB: Offers of starting salary will be based on experience and there is an increase of 5% upon successful completion of probationary period.Regular salary review will be conducted based on employees performance in the first year. £500 increases in salary for every review successfully passed.Uncapped quarterly bonuses.Employees given the chance to move departments and gain new proficiencies once established. Ongoing training and development throughout career at HSBC.
