These positions are to start in Jan 2009. We are currently recruiting for customer service and sales advisors to work for one of the largest financial institutions in the UK. Based in Southampton City Centre you could be placed in a variety of roles including inbound customer service and unbound sales advisors offering products such as mortgages and loans.
Dealing with customers over the telephone, you will be able to build a rapport with them whilst striving to achieve your realistic sales targets.

You will come from a customer service background such as another call centre, retail or bar work with a clear and confident communication style. You must have the ability to work to targets as well as being able to take ownership of issues and great attention to detail.
