CRUISE RESERVATION CONSULTANT

Up to £16,000pa + bonuses (ote £22k)

Working in our Cruise department, you will be liaising directly with customers over the telephone and searching for competitive quotes using various websites and the CRS system. Your strong rapport building skills will enable you to build a relationship with the customer, ensuring the call results in a booking. You will also be responsible for following up on leads that have previously been generated, converting the enquiries in to bookings using your travel knowledge and sales skills.You will be target driven with the ability to work well under pressure. You will have a background specialising in cruise, which will result in you having a good level of destination and product knowledge. You will have an efficient and professional approach. Experience of using Viewdata and a CRS is essential.

Weekday Early 9.30am - 8.30pm Mid 9.30am - 9.00pm Late 10.00am - 9.30pm

Weekend Sat 9.00am - 5.30pm Sun 10.00am - 6.00pm
