Are you looking for part time permanent work within a well established and successful company?
Our client, a unique food retailing business with over 660 stores throughout the UK are looking for customer-focused people to join its small but successful customer service team.
Hours available: ? 22.5 and 37.5 per week including every other Saturday
Main duties:
? We are looking for permanent customer service advisors to begin immediately
? You must have the ability to work well within a team as well as individually
? Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times and aiming for a one-stop resolution
? Dealing with driver delivery times and queries from both customer and driver
? Focus on quality of service provided
? Using the computer to log all information, so you must have a good level of IT literacy
? To build quality lasting relationships with clients
