We will support you and you will benefit from the experience of one of our senior managers as a mentor throughout the scheme, and beyond.

We believe in rewarding talent and promoting from within. For example, our UK Managing Director progressed up the ranks from a consultant in the Netherlands.

real progression and development

the scheme at a glance

months 1-6

You will begin the scheme as a graduate trainee recruitment consultant. Your first six months consist of an induction programme, workshops and an opportunity to spend time getting involved in our business in branch-based and other roles. You will work in different functions and will be asked to deliver project work to support your learning.

You will own your development, with us supporting you. Your Branch Manager will set you goals throughout this time and will work closely with you to coach you to ensure your success.

months 7-12

Now you will put the theory, skills and knowledge you have gained into practice, by working within a branch as part of a team. At the end of 12 months, you will have developed invaluable skills, gained experience, and be expected to be a fully operational consultant.

months 12-18/24

As well as hands-on work, you will remain involved in projects to further develop your skills and attend training to consolidate your knowledge and develop your management skills. The training programme is adapted to suit each individual and shortened or lengthened as necessary.
