What is the role of a Support Worker?
Our Support Workers are skilled professionals, recruited and managed by Randstad.
They are thoroughly screened, referenced and vetted to ensure they perform and interact well with the student they are matched with. This allows them to offer the right kind of support in the right way - for instance, in the following essential roles:

What is Specialist Support?
We have an extensive network of specialist Support Workers with experience in particular disabilities, including:
- physical disabilities
- specific learning difficulties (i.e. Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia etc.)
- visual, auditory & vocal impairments
- Autism and Asperger's
- mental health impairments
