Linda has been supporting a member of Humberside Police staff. In the short time I have been in my current role Linda has always been supportive of those she is offering tuition to. I feel it’s worth telling you that she is going above and beyond what we would expect in terms of her support of Anke, giving support, advice and most of all getting involved. In fact it feels more like Linda is a member of staff rather than a consultant. She obviously cares greatly about the service she gives and in this particular case I-and Anke’s line manager- are finding her invaluable. She has been a credit both to herself and also to Randstad.
After using many different external providers it’s been refreshing to find a company that cater for our needs. It’s been a pleasure to work with Randstad. Emma is an absolutely amazing addition to Randstad and the sessions are always interactive and upbeat. I’ve received positive feedback from customers finding the session both beneficial and thought provoking. The content of the sessions are relevant to what we are trying to deliver on the Work Programme and assists our customers in identifying and overcoming various barriers.
