Since 2008, the interview process has become longer and harder. Further research has highlighted a steady increase in further testing, as employers strive to find the perfect candidate.



Candidate research and preparation has also evolved, as candidates are more likely to use an array of different mediums for interview preparation, rather than just the company website.
