Core Subjects
Primary/ secondary and post 16 Maths/ English/ Science.

Pupil Ratio
1:1 or small groups up to 1:6.

SEND Support
Tailored to pupil’s current EHCP or specific learning needs.

ESOL/EAL
Qualified and experience ESOL tutors to work with student who require support with the English language, for example unaccompanied asylum seeking children.

Mentoring
Engagement supporting and overcoming barriers to learning.

In Person / Online
In person tuition could take place in; school, home or public location. Online support is via an agreed online platform.

Flexibility
Tutoring may take place during the school day, evenings or at weekends from 1 - 18 hours per week per pupil.

If you're looking to venture into the world of tutoring but aren't quite sure how to begin, we've got you covered with an easy-to-follow guide:

Step 1
Contact Randstad directly or by responding to a live advert on our website - include an up to date CV.

Step 2
An interview will be arranged.

Step 3
If successful you will need to go through our registration process.
Gather your documentation, you will need to provide us with:
- DBS on the update service or willing to complete one
- QTS or equivalent experience
- Right to work in the UK
- 2 references, 1 from an educational institution
- Proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement - not a mobile phone bill)
- Photograph for the system

Step 4
On completion of registration you will become compliant.

Step 5
You will begin to receive updates on pupils requiring support.

Step 6
Respond to any pupils you are interested in supporting.

Step 7
You will be booked in to begin supporting pupils.
