"I was fortunate enough to work with Joanne who was very honest and realistic with me about the market in Belfast and what may be available – pay rates etc. I really appreciated this as it help(ed) me set expectations. Joanne secured me a brilliant role in a clinical area that is of great interest to me in a perfect geographical location to where I was staying. Joanne’s organisation and forward planning allowed me to organise travel and accommodation in a timely manner (as I was coming over from England). Whenever I have had any questions Paul or Joanne have been very efficient in answering them and made the whole locum process very easy!" - Chris, Randstad Care Candidate
"I have been working through Randstad Care as a Qualified Social Worker since qualifying in 2008. Throughout this time, I have been in constant employment and acquired invaluable flexible experience in a broad range of Social Work areas that I believe I would not have gained had I embarked upon a permanent post immediately on qualifying. Throughout this time, I have dealt with Giuseppa McKenna, Branch Manager who has provided me with constant continuity of care as a worker and a service that is second to none as she is highly dependable and efficient in her role. Likewise since my return from maternity leave, I have been dealing with Paul Best who mirrors these qualities also." - Maria, Randstad Care Candidate
