“I love working with people, I always see the best in everyone. I try to help, guide and motivate them in every way possible. It is not easy to find the “dream job” but hopefully I can at least find a way to help them reach their ultimate goal. I am honest, sincere and I treat people with utmost respect. This is one thing I do, to show them that we do care and we are willing to help”.

The Randstad Care team have always acted in a professional manner providing a comprehensive service of representation. “I have found Hannah from Randstad Care to be extremely professional in her approach to sourcing staff for the residential home I run.
Hannah has visited twice to ensure she has got a feel for the home and the type of staff that I want to attract. Hannah has acted swiftly and provided me with experienced workers seeking employment in the roles I have requested. Hannah has an excellent understanding and grasp for what it is I am looking for in a staff member.
Hannah is always keen to keep me updated on possible staff and will always call to check what I think of CVs and how interviews have gone etc. Hannah is extremely committed to her role and it has been a pleasure to work with somebody that maintains such high professional standards, yet remaining personal and approachable at all times.
Hannah has been invaluable in the recent recruitment drive I have undertaken and will I be working with her in the future when staff recruitment is required again."
