Testimonials

Candidate -
“I have been professionally engaged with the Randstad Care team, initially based in Cambridge, since July 2012.
Justin Aves has acted as my assigned contact and I have found Justin to be helpful, responsive to enquiries, discreet and astute in negotiations and attentive to detail.  The Randstad Care team have always acted in a professional manner providing a comprehensive service of representation.  I have no hesitation in recommending Justin and the Randstad Care London team to other professionals and agencies in the social care field."

Client –
“I have found Hannah from Randstad Care to be extremely professional in her approach to sourcing staff for the residential home I run.
Hannah has visited twice to ensure she has got a feel for the home and the type of staff that I want to attract. Hannah has acted swiftly and provided me with experienced workers seeking employment in the roles I have requested. Hannah has an excellent understanding and grasp for what it is I am looking for in a staff member.
Hannah is always keen to keep me updated on possible staff and will always call to check what I think of CVs and how interviews have gone etc. Hannah is extremely committed to her role and it has been a pleasure to work with somebody that maintains such high professional standards, yet remaining personal and approachable at all times.
Hannah has been invaluable in the recent recruitment drive I have undertaken and will I be working with her in the future when staff recruitment is required again."
