Martin has worked within the Education sector for the last 10 years, a combination of 9 years of recruitment built upon his experiences of a being a Primary NQT. Within this time Martin has predominantly worked within the SEN marketplace, initially working with schools in Tameside, Stockport and Trafford, before covering the whole of Greater Manchester area. Over the years, Martin has developed his career from a consultant through to Business Manager and built one the most successful teams in the company. As a team we pride ourselves on treating every candidate and client as individuals. Randstad Education - Manchester SEN/EY

The Manchester special educational needs and early years team works closely with a range of special schools and provisions throughout Greater Manchester, providing specialist teaching and support staff. Our special educational needs roles are predominantly long-term, whilst the nursery nurses and assistants provided by the early years team is both long and short-term. We are always looking for skilled professional with experience in either of these areas, or particularly of working with young people with additional needs such as (EBD), Autism and complex needs across all Key Stages.
