Established over 10 years ago, the Nottingham office supplies
recruitment support across four local authorities in Nottinghamshire and
Derbyshire. The team works in close partnership with local schools to
find skilled teaching professionals for primary, secondary and special
educational needs schools. These schools are based in the county and
inner city with children from a diverse background. As a branch we
support a diverse portfolio of schools and academies within the
Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas. These schools range in size,
catchment, religious background and ethos. Within these schools the
teachers and teaching assistants support with pupils of different
ability levels, SEN and EAL across key stage one and two.
As a team, we appreciate that every school and child is different so
we can carefully match our teachers with the schools and children to
which they will work to the best of their ability. The teachers we work
with have to meet our strict criteria. It is important for our
teachers to treat every assignment as if it is a permanent role,
injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school
to the best of their ability. Our teachers and teaching assistants are
encouraged to build professional relationships with pupils and staff and
always ensure effective classroom management in line with individual
schools behaviour policy.
Working in the Community
As part of our continued dedication to the schools that we have a
close relationship with, we ensure that we support them with sponsorship
of events and school competitions. This has included providing gift
vouchers for school competitions and purchasing prizes for end of term
attendance awards. The team are happy to go along to present
certificates in school assemblies too.
In addition we have taken part in supporting schools whilst they
celebrate important national events such as the jubilee celebrations by
providing them with ice cream, cakes and other treats for the children
to enjoy. We also support any charity fundraising they are carrying our
schools participate in and we will attend or donate towards to help
them achieve their donation target. As a team we have attended many
bake sales which has been fun for the team! Denewood Learning Centre in
Bilborough is participating in the Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee
Morning and Wendy will be attending to show her support.
