2nd Line IT Support Engineer

IT Technical Support Analyst is required by a leading organisation based in Mayfair. This is an opportunity to join a busy IT support function, providing mainly 2nd line support, to a global user base.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer services skills, good, modern 2nd line/Desktop Support experience and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. It's important you are a strong communicator and team player with a thirst for knowledge and learning.

Required skills and experience:

* Strong O365 & Windows 10 Support experience
* Experience providing 2nd line support on Microsoft products - Windows Server, Windows 10, Office 2016/365, MS Teams, and Skype
* Mobile device support (Apple and Android)
* Ability to explain technical issues to non technical individuals
* Telephony systems support
* Good understanding of Wi-Fi and networking
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service


* Assist in the process of resolving issues, from offering advice on fixes, to becoming embedded within the resolution
* Offer subject matter expertise where appropriate
