Support Engineer (2nd line) - Bristol - £27,000

A new second line support engineer is needed to join an growing IT company to deliver technical solutions to their clients. They have established a fantastic company culture that supports its employees by investing in training and they give you the opportunity to work on different projects.

You will be working within the network operations team, taking inbound telephone calls emails and incident requests through their web-based support system. The role is office based but you will have the opportunity to visit client sites for retification and project work.

As the successful Support Engineer you must have:



* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience in IT support (1st/2nd line, IT Analyst, IT Technician)
* Good knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems
* Ability to work independantly and as part of a team
* Strong problem solving skills
