Hours:Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Benefits:£45,000 per annum30 days holidayPension packageHealthcare packageCompany VehicleFuel card Duties:PPMs & Reactive maintenance on commercial heating systemsFault finding, repair and servicingCompleting associated gas certification documentation in line with industry requirementsTo provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.Ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times.Action administration requirements on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.Comply with current Health & Safety legislation and H&S policy. Requirements:COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1,TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT and applicable domestic qualificationsExcellent knowledge of current gas regulations.Comprehensive knowledge of commercial manufacturersGood all-round knowledge of heating systems with controls/BMS knowledge desirable.
