Account Exec Package:
Your potential for financial reward is second to none. After 3 years, (some have done it earlier), you will earn six figures every year. Experienced sales people who have constructed a mature customer base, regularly earned £200k +.Great exposure. The culture is one of independence and trust. The business sells £100k - £5m complex technology solutions, which involve multi-tiered, multi-role selling. IT Admin, Management, IT Director, COO, CEO, CTO, Purchasing, Legal, Contracts, Project Management, Data Analysts and Chief data officers - you will be exposed to all of them.Laptop5% contributing pensionWorking very closely to incredibly successful business peopleIndustry recognised sales trainingWorking for an aggressively quick growing company.Account exec Role:
Strategic account and opportunity research, mapping and planningManaging external stakeholdersSupporting on boarding of new clientsSupporting with bids and tender responsesEnsuring timely and consistent project deliveryManaging relationships with vendorsNegotiating with distribution, vendors and customersManaging CRM and general sales adminManaging a pipelineDriving strategic sales cyclesEstablishing client relationshipsCreating campaigns from inception and seeing them through to execution.Follow up on leads that come from Marketing and Bus. DevResolve issues and mitigate riskLearning a complex and evolving customer offering and articulating this to existing and potential clientsAll you need to qualify is a degree from any discipline, excellent communication skills, comfort in a target driven environment and plenty of ambition.
