Account Manager Role:

The Account Manager will employ a consultative, customer centric approach in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients. Once they have a comprehensive working knowledge of Viatel and its marketplace, they’ll educate existing customers on the additional benefits of the company’s offering. The successful candidate will:
  • Maintain close contact with existing accounts – speaking regularly with key decision makers
  • Create and implement account plans in order to maximise growth
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, keeping the CRM up to date and accurate
  • Create compelling customer proposals using Viatel’s sales governance and qualification processes
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and market trends in order to detail the transformative impact of Viatel’s offering to your clients
  • Engage with senior executives directly over the phone, via email and on a face to face basis
