We have a rare opportunity within Randstad Business Solutions to work solely with one of our largest clients, delivering their national graduate programme. This exclusive position will require a dedicated account manager who will implement an end to end recruitment plan for this prestigious client.

Based within either our Leeds or Manchester city centre office you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum with generous quarterly commission.

Key Duties:



* Involvement in the implementation of an end to end recruitment plan, including the design of the application form, video interview and assessment centre.
* Involvement in the advert writing and marketing of the Graduate Programme
* Promotion of the programme at University Careers fairs.
* Key contact (via dedicated phone line and inbox) for 1000's of applicants and to the successful graduates; responding in a timely manner to any queries relating to the application process and the programme itself.
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the process is running as smoothly as possible and to resolve any technical issues.
* Producing management information reports on a weekly basis and reporting this data back to the client.
* Weekly conference calls to update the client on applications and discuss any challenges and successes.
* Watching and scoring the video interviews.
* Ensuring all applicants are communicated with effectively throughout the application process - sending emails including regrets and invitations to interview and assessment centre.
* Prep calls with all candidates attending assessment centre.
* Facilitation of assessment centres across the U.K
* Offering verbal feedback to all internal candidates who are unsuccessful at the video interview stage.
* Making verbal offers to all those successful candidates following on from the assessment centre, and providing feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
* Keep warm activity from the point of offer to the start date: including regular phone calls, email contact, material sent out via post and updating the Facebook page.
* Communicating with the new graduates regarding the Summer Welcome Event and Induction Week including various administrative tasks - hotel confirmations, reimbursing travel expenses.

* Strong administration skills
* Experience of producing MI reports and confident presenting this data
* Both candidate and client management - respond to queries quickly and efficiently
* Ability to follow process but also to be able to identify any challenges and suggest solutions.
* Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with working hours if required in very busy periods
* Ability to work to strict deadlines to adhere to, to ensure the best experience for candidates.
