Account Manager - Recruitment

We have a rare opportunity within Randstad Business Solutions to work solely with
one of our largest clients. This exclusive position will require a dedicated account
manager who will implement an end to end recruitment plan for this prestigious
client. Based within our central Leeds office, you will be rewarded with a basic salary
of £20,000 - £26,500 per annum with monthly bonus.
Key Duties:



* Arranging and leading on site meetings with clients, weekly
* Creating sourcing plans
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates
* Offer management
* Advertising roles
* Weekly on site candidate meetings
* Payroll
* Dealing with candidate performance and attendance issues
* Offering solutions to client requirements
* Creating MI on performance
* Forecasting
* Attending Quarterly reviews
* Account maximisation



* Essential interpersonal skills:
* Both candidate and client relationship management
* Have experience of building strong client & candidate engagement
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Organisation Skills
* Attention to detail/accuracy
* Strong administration skills
* Experience of producing MI reports and confident presenting this data
* Ability to work under pressure and be able prioritise own workload
* Ability to follow process but also to be able to identify any challenges and suggest solutions.
