Randstad are recruiting an Account Manager, for a global client based in Lisburn. The role will be to maintain and expand relationships with large and many small account buyers or regionally based customers. In partnership with Customer Services, the role is accountable for achieving sales targets whilst leading the customer Account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer's needs and expectations are met.

Requirements3 - 5 years experience in a similar roleDriving licence is essential Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are commercially driven and results focusedHighly developed influencing and diplomatic skills and a strong team playerExceptional interpersonal and analytical skills coupled with the creative ability to identify avenues of new opportunity for future growth and business expansionHave the ability to operate within and actively manage a cross-functional environment with its levels of complexity
Accountability'sTo conduct customer visits and negotiations at all levelsTo negotiate and agree sales contracts; including deployment of the agreed Account Plan with the customer on prices, volumes, Service Level AgreementsTo establish and manage productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsTo generate complete customer visit reports after each customer visitTactfully solve issues of under-performance of the customer with respect to our requirements from that customer relationshipTo provide insight on customer and market intelligence gained from regular face to face customer contact, validating and forecasting customer needs on an ongoing basisIn partnership with Customer Services to proactively lead a joint company-strategic Account planning process, that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for the short and medium termMeasure Account performance against plan and act to coordinate company resource, ensuring profitable sales volume and strategic objectives are achieved, in order to meet Account performance objectives and customers' expectations
