job description

An Accounts Administrator is required to work with a construction company in Waterloo. You will be supporting the Procurement team with clearing a back log of purchase orders.

You would have worked in a construction environment and have experience of raising PO's and experience on SAP .

This is a 3 month + temp position paying circa £10ph - 14ph (PAYE)

Accounts Administrator Role and Responsibilities:



* Raise Purchase Orders as and when required
* Ensure that PO is released for supply chain to be paid
* Sourcing materials & services
* Reporting on purchase / spend
* Deal with invoice queries on SAP
* General admin duties as required

Accounts Administrator Requirements:



* Previous experience raising PO's is required
* Experience on SAP is desirable
* Construction industry experience is ideal
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confident user of computer and office equipment
