Are you an Accounts Administrator based in Guildford? If so, then I have the job for you!

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Contract type: Temp to Perm

Start date: ASAP

Rate: £10:00 - £12:00 per hour - dependent on payment choice

I am currently looking for an Accounts Administrator in Guildford, Surrey to work with a reputable client, on a temp to perm basis.

The Project Commercial Assistant has the responsibility to manage and administer costs across the whole project and support all other functions within the Project Team in the completion of their activities.

Main duties:



* Overseeing costs on the projects
* Ensuring all the accounting software is being managed properly
* Administering costs across the whole framework
* Contract knowledge
* Daily site records
* Raising invoices
* Working closely with the quantity surveyor and administration
* Liaising with clients
* Reporting to the commercial manager and quantity surveyor
* Assisting with target costs production
* General administration, assisting the commercial team
* Uploading information provided from live projects, onto the computer system
* Dealing with subcontract procurement work and payments
* To support budget planning
* Measurement and quantities for interim valuations

Requirements:



* Previous experience working within the construction industry or a related industry
* Previous accounts experience
* Highly organised
* Ideally some previous experience working within a commercial department
* Competent using Microsoft packages
* Clear communication skills
