Admin Assistant- Sevenoaks - £10ph

Our Client is a multinational commercial real estate and investment company seeking an Admin Assistant to join their Successful Team based in Sevenoaks. Being one of the largest companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

If successful your primary focus will be to effectively support the day to day operation of the area's maintenance team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the site's Mechanical and Electrical services. To provide a comprehensive and flexible administration service to the Data Centre.

Your Responsibilities Include:



* Subcontractor's administration: Scheduling of maintenance work and chasing up of maintenance reports once the maintenance has been done.
* Filing subcontractor maintenance reports and keeping track of the remedial work via the client's subcontractor logbooks.
* Liaising closely with the site team ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
* Updating of electronic records - G drive, GCAR system and Si7.
* Material ordering and administration
* Advising the Facilities Manager on labour levels and holiday/absence cover
