Our client a growing Utilities business in Northern Ireland, are recruiting for an administration assistant, for a maternity cover with scope for extension. The ideal person will be self motivated, highly organised and have experience of working with various departments whilst managing a varied task load.

Please note - this contract is for a minimum 4 months fixed term contract with possiblity of extension for the right person. The role will initially be based in Belfast until mid-September then move to Lurgan.

Requirements:

* 2 years experience in an administrative role
* IT proficient - excellent IT skills
* Customer focused & strong administrative capabilities
* 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including Maths & English) - C and above
* Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Effective communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Pro active and organised
* Ability to multi task
* Professional approach

Responsibilities:

* Ensure a high level of quality service is delivered at all times
* Administration support and assistance to provide an efficient and effective service
* Solve queries from internal and external parties
* Update system to reflective accurate and up to date information
* Maintain accurate records
* Assisting with invoicing
* Arranging travel and meetings
* Document processing
* Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth running of services
