Working with Philips is more than just a job. You will be providing key admin support to patients and customers requiring medical care. This is a temporary role for a period of 3 months with a good possibility of being extended.

Hours of work and Salary:

* Monday - Friday
* 37.5 hours PER WEEK
* 09:00AM to 17:00PM
* £18,000 PER YEAR


The Sleep Support Admin Assistant role will be focused on providing administrative support to the Sleep Support Service. The role will include processing and inputting of patient information on to a bespoke patient database, booking deliveries, processing order requests and creating patient accounts.

The Sleep Support Team are an extension of the support that the NHS offer their patients with Sleep Disorders. Be on hand to give advice, answer questions and spend as much time as the patients need on their journey to compliance and better sleep.

* Maintain a polite, courteous and professional manner whilst dealing with enquiries and processing orders within a fast-paced team
* Provide daily administrative support to the Sleep Support Team
* Ensure that all patient information is updated accurately and in a timely manner on to the patient information systems (The Sleep Support Portal & Encore Anywhere) on a daily basis.
* Make outbound delivery calls.
* Maintain a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
* Other duties as may be required from time to time, to ensure the efficient running of the business functions and department.


* Computer literate with accurate typing skills
* Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Work and Excel
* Able to work with data and technical information with ease
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience in a customer service or office based role
