A very well established company in Newport are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Role responsibilities:



* Answer and direct phone calls
* Reception duties - receiving visitors
* Creating and printing manuals
* Organising travel and accommodation
* Scanning, saving, printing and distribution of project documentation
* Other tasks as relevant

Essential Skills:



* Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
* Previous experience within an Administration role
* Working knowledge of office equipment - Printer, scanner, copier
* Attention to detail and organised
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Multi-tasker and excellent time management
