Are you an experienced administrator looking for part time hours?

We are currently looking for a part time administrative assistant to join a world class investment solutions and retirement expert, working within a team who are responsible for the receipt, identification, distribution & management of paper instructions and cheques.

Core Working Hours



* Mon - Off
* Tuesday - 12-4
* Wednesday 11-4
* Thursday 12-4
* Fri - 8-4

Key Responsibilities



* Analysis of documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
* Monitoring & maintaining of reject queues
* Preparing documents for scanning
* Scanning
* Other general Office Administration duties

Essential Skills Required



* Ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Capability to assimilate knowledge quickly
* Able to work well under pressure and as part of a large team
* Have used a PC in an office environment
* Flexible regarding working hours, including some weekends
* Attention to detail
