Based in Coventry, they offer onsite parking, our client would like you to work on a fulltime basis, Monday to Friday, and you will have the opportunity to be responsible for:

* Fielding telephone calls
* Reception cover
* Scanning and filing documents
* Arranging collections and deliveries
* Invoice approvals
* Ad hoc duties as required to ensure that the business directives are met.

Experience and skills:

* Good organisational skills, prioritising workload
* Flexible approach to work
* Office admin experience
* Time management skills
* Experience with working with various IT systems including MS Office.
