I am on the lookout for an immediately available administrator to join one of our top tier clients on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of in house design terminology.

You must have previous experience working for a construction company in an administrator role and live within commutable distance of Leatherhead.

* Identify documents
* Updating documents - replacing straplines, importing new copies
* Identifying scopes of works
* Recognise in house terminology where necessary
* Other administrative duties as required

Successful candidates must have:

* Excellent communication skills
* MUST have good English reading and writing skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail
* Worked in construction previously

It is essential that candidates have a strong administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
