EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - (HR DEPARTMENT)

SURREY - GU16

£11.50 per hour

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Starting ASAP - ongoing position

Benefits include:

Duties Include:



* Answering the phones
* Front line support, responding to employee's basic inquiries
* Resolves basic problems and/or escalates more complex cases to the appropriate business area for resolution
* Enters employee data into various systems
* Accurately document calls while speaking with employee
* Ordering office stationery supplies
* Typing

Experience:



* Administration
* HR OR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE
* Excel, Word
* Customer Service
