The Early Talent Administrator is responsible for all recruitment communication and processing for Early Talent applications - graduates as well as placement year internship for the company in the UK. In cooperation with one colleague based in the UK, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience, maintaining communication with approximately 6000 candidates for the duration of the university recruitment season. This will involve some basic pre-screening of CVs, ensuring candidates complete online testing within the time scale allocated, organising the administration of the video interview system, and ensuring the assessment centres are set up in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:



* Work on the administration for the end to end recruitment process for Early Talent hiring within the UK.
* Support on all activities connected with Early Talent recruitment
* Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and assessment assessors, implementing agreed action plans
* Managing our systems to ensure data integrity at all times, as well as expense management for candidates travelling to assessment centres
* Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
* Maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates
* Ensure candidate questions are answered effectively.

Requirements



* Strong administrative experience, ideally in an HR or recruitment environment is required
* Fluent English
* Prioritization and Stress Resistance - Ability to handle peak time and multiple roles simultaneously
* Data Integrity - our job is a lot about working in system as well as with candidate expenses, so we need to be sure that you will manage full data integrity in different systems in your job
* Competent with Excel and MS Office is essential
* And finally, we are expecting you to be able to process big amount of rather administrative tasks which requires attention to details with ability to deal appropriately with confidential information

This role may suit a recent graduate with knowledge of graduate recruitment or graduate training schemes. Alternatively, it may suit a strong administrator from any background - recruitment experience is not essential but may be useful.

The most important thing is your ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling in the region of 6000 applications for 110 positions.

As this work will cover the "university recruitment" season, this role will intially be for five months but may extend or may lead to other opportunities within the organisation.
