Job Title:

Administrator


Reports to:

Compliance Co-ordinator


Key Purpose of

the Role:

To support the Compliance Co-ordinator in the delivery of compliance to all garrisons across Salisbury Plain and Aldershot, ensuring successful delivery of all assets. This incorporates ensuring that all documentation is in place prior to building handover, that all applicable meetings take place at the appropriate time and subsequent reports being published.


Key Responsibilities:



* Co-ordinate the gathering of documentation required for successful handovers in relation to the Completion Criteria including:

· Scheme Design Reports/Approved Reviewable Design Data

· Crown Fire Officer Certificates

· Building Control Notifications

· Planning

· DREEAM Design Stage Assessment



* Co-ordinate all necessary meetings including acting as minute taker.
* Co-ordinate dates for official Construction Completion and handover dates with the Client.
* Maintain records and produce reports as necessary.
* Liaise with external parties such as the Crown Fire Officer, Building Control etc. to support the Compliance Coordinator in achieving successful handover of assets.
* Liaise with the ADSL Building Management Team to log any observations relating to design; obtain responses from ADCW Design Managers.
* Maintain Compliance systems and records in a highly organised manner.
* Ensure information on AIS/completion dates is up to date and current.
* Assist in snagging of assets where possible.
* Deputise for the Compliance Coordinator during the official asset handover process as required.
* General Compliance support and any other tasks as reasonably requested by Senior Management.


Qualifications

Essential:



* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English


Experience & Knowledge:



* Must hold a valid UK driving license and have own transport.
* Previous experience in a construction environment would be desirable
* Good team player, also able to work independently
* Experience working in a client/customer facing role
* Possess excellent literacy and grammar skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft systems, specifically Excel.
* Be confident in the use of online collaboration tools e.g Fusion, Fieldview or similar.
