* Training provided
* Salary: £17-18k dependant on experience

This leading national Property Agency is looking for an outstanding Administrator to join its friendly team. Established over 30 years ago, my client is now one of the UK's best known and respected Property Agents with a large network of offices across the country.

Working as an Administrator in a busy Property Agency is both demanding and rewarding in equal measure.

This is a customer facing role where you will be fielding enquiries and booking viewings as well as liaising with contractors and clients.

Administrative responsibilities include:

* Filing
* drawing up
* sending contracts
* preparing customer packs
* assisting the accounts department and chasing up invoices
* maintaining the customer database
* registering customer deposits and ordering office stationary.


* This role requires the successful applicant to work every other Saturday until 2pm.

Due to the customer facing nature of this role, my client is looking for:

A well-organised and professional individual with a proven track record in an administrative role and a passion for providing first-class customer service.

The successful candidate will:

Thrive in a busy environment, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be IT literate and have a sharp eye for detail. Previous experience of working in a Property Agency is desirable though not essential.
