ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED - FULL TIME - £13.33 PER HOUR
LOCATION: BIRMINGHAM B25
Our Client is a multinational Facilities Management company seeking an Administrator to join their Successful Team based in Birmingham. Being one of the largest Facilities Management companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.
If successful your Primary focus will be to provide comprehensive administrative service.

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Create and issue reports in a timely manner (OFGEM, finance and health and safety
reporting, waste returns, purchase card reports)
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Sharepoint
* Understand where and how to gather relevant information from
* Meet deadlines promptly
* Ensure all documentation is well compiled and up to date
* Knowledge of Coupa - training will be provided
* Liaise with Cogen and Environmental Agency regarding reports
* Manage finance reports by checking and matching figures
* Raise all purchase orders via Coupa Procurement System in a timely manner under...
* Prioritise work load - ensure any urgent queries are handled within the hour
* Required to be the first port of call for any issues
* Contact suppliers for quotes via phone, email
* Check and receipt invoices for accounts payable approval
* Dispute any discrepancies- escalate with Manager if necessary
* Ensure inbox is always monitored
* Ensure training records are up to date, book any necessary training courses
* Order PPE/supplies for site
* Ensure all documentation are recorded and up to date
* Ensure new contractors on site have been inducted
