Administrator - Cheltenham

Are you a driven and motivated Administrator or Property Administrator, who is looking for a exciting opportunity to get your career off and running? A growing Property Management company are in need for a driven, motivated and innovative Property Management Administrator to contribute positively towards their vibrant team in Cheltenham

Your duties will be;

To work as part of a team supporting Branch Managers and Property Managers dealing with:

* Processing Demands, Invoices, Arrears processing
* Creating Letters and reports
* Assisting with year-end accounts issue and control
* Assistant Property Managers with budgets and control (on time)
* Ensure systems data is up to date
* Ensure mail is dealt within the team (paper & electronic)
* Ensure telephones are answered and clear messages are taken
* Ensure where possible that all enquiries are dealt with rather than referring the enquiry elsewhere
* Assist administrative tasks to ensure a high level delivery of service
* Respond to correspondence/emails including those from Directors, lessees and tenants - as requested by your team.
* Contact contractors to ascertain whether they are able to carry out works and issue work order forms
* Arrange meetings and inspections for the Property Managers
