Administrator required to join an award winning fit out contractor, in the heart of London, on a permanent basis

This is an opportunity for people who are starting off their careers in Construction, to grow and develop with a company working across multi-million pound projects in the UK!

* Opportunity to work on one of fastest devloping contractors in the UK
* Long term contract which could open up new opportunities


* Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
* Helping with other supplier reporting including spend alongside helping to maintain a database of supplier information
* Arranging food and other requirements for meetings
* Create and maintain a minimal use of paper permit system
* Being responsible for staff birthday cards and helping with arrangements for social events
* Apply for permits and licences where applicable
* Helping the MD as required to include but not limited to diary management, phone management, reporting and arranging meetings.
* Maintaining internal contact databases of supplier details and associated info
* Weekly outstanding order acknowledgement report
* Creating, formatting and updating documents using Microsoft packages
* Assist the project management team with the issue, receipt and tracking of all engineering and supplier deliverables
* Establishment and maintenance of central site files, drawings and registers

Successful candidates must have:

* Previous experience working on site or in a project office
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail

It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
