Administrator - Immediate start - £8.18p/h

Pontypool Avenue, Binley Coventry CV3

* Monday - Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm
* Salary £8.18 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:

* Scheduling maintenance contractors to site whilst liaising with on site engineers to keep all staff informed.
* Uploading PPM reports to company shared drive.
* Ensuring all risk and method statements are in place for all planned and non planned events.
* Securing quotes for all works as requested by HSC.
* Scan documents as required onto shared drive
* Assist HSC to schedule all planned works with on site engineers.
* Complete and maintain weekly absence reports of all staff
* Close completed financial documents relating to chargeable works to enable finance dept to invoice to client (following in house procedures)​
* Logging reactive works to national helpdesk ensuring works are communicated to on site engineers/handyman.
* Ordering consumables ie: Stationery, uniform, cleaning consumables, etc.

* Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Basic Microsoft Word knowledge
* Outlook package knowledge
* Experience of working in a busy environment with the ability to prioritise at all times.
* Good time keeping and attendance record.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
