Health and Safety Admin experience within the construction industry?

An construction contractor are looking for a H&S Administrator to join their team in North West London on a permanent basis. The salary is £20,000 - £25,000 plus package, depending on experience.

Construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Assist the Health & Safety Manager
* Book H&S inductions
* Set up new starters
* Arrange D&A / medical tests for operatives on site
* Upload H&S and Environment incidents and waste reports
* Produce weekly H&S newsletter
* Produce weekly and monthly H&S reports
* Upload all 'Close Calls' information on to system
* Ensure everyone is following best practice

The ideal candidate will have:



* Previous H&S Admin experience - essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Working within the construction industry is a must
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel
* Organised, presentable with strong communication skills.
