We are currently working with our client to hire experienced administrators to join their team in Edinburgh. You will be working within a Service Centre which delivers a high volume of transnational services on behalf of their valued client.
The role:
* Be the first point of contact and provide support for all general enquiries
* Effectively manage Admin Services inboxes and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales...
* Update and maintain quality data in various client databases
* Operate as an effective team member, assisting others and providing training where required
* Identify any potential issues and problems, escalating to the Team Leader as they arise
The person:
* Proven track record of providing quality customer service in a similar environment
* Previous experience working in an administrative environment
* Demonstrate ability with computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities
* Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language verbally and with written correspondence
