Do you want a permanent job? Are you an administrator with experience in the construction industry?

A subcontractor is currently recruiting for a Plant and Transport Administrator to join their team in North London on a permanent basis. The annual salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Hours are 8am - 5pm.

Construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Updating plant invoices
* Running reports, writing letters and memos for the team as required
* Assisting the operations team
* Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
* Promptly dealing with plant invoices
* Ensure contracts are appropriate
* Manage the plant damage/loss/stolen procedures
* Assisting Plant Controller with the plant hire process
* Produce reports on a weekly basis
* Regularly update the Plant System

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Plant / hire administration experience
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
