Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator? Are you looking to work in the south of England?

A large construction company is looking for an administrator assistant to join their team part time in Fareham on a temporary basis. They are seeking someone to work two days a week, with potential to increase. Days are flexible. The job is paid on an hourly rate between £10 - £13, depending on experience.

Construction experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:



* Ordering PPE from
* Monitoring delivery tickets on a weekly basis
* Overseeing new starter procedure
* Ordering equipment and stationary
* Monitor holiday tracker
* Managing training matrix
* Setting up users on scanner
* Managing the milk order for the whole site
* Assisting with taking minutes for various meetings
* Help with collating and editing the Monthly Progress Report
* Updating the daily weather records and diaries

The ideal candidate will have:



* CSCS card
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
