Administrator

Are you looking for an immediate start? Randstad CPE urgently requires an experienced Site Administrator to work for a leading Facilities Management company in Fife. The right candidate will be well presented with excellent people skills and be available to start immediately.

* Hours of work Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
* 9 months minimum work (maternity cover)

Duties



* MS Office - Outlook essential, Excel, Word, Power point and Office 356
* Experience of invoice processing
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* This role will entail matching, registering , posting of invoices
* Leasing with engineers
* Prioritise work load
* Leasing with contracts managers

For this role you must have 2 years minimum experience within an administrative role, Facilities management or construction background is essential.
