A construction company is looking for a Marketing & Communications Administrator to join their team in Hertfordshire. The role is offering up to £25,000 and candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Construction experience is necessary. MUST be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.


* To gain experience in the construction industry
* Opportunity to learn new skills

Market Research & Analysis

* Market research and analysis on the industry
* Assist in determining future plans
* Assist in the sourcing and organisation of plans
* Ensure that senior members are frequently attending meetings
* Take minutes follow up from meetings

Marketing and Communications

* Collate and file data from project teams, covering various areas such as costs and performance
* Work in conjunction with Public Relations agency
* Input into material for presentations
* Ensure compliance with branding guidelines

Marketing administration

* Data entry for weekly reports
* Maintain files of all meetings and marketing intelligence gained
* Propose new ideas
* Carry out any ad hoc if needed

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
