job description

Have you worked in the construction industry? We are looking for an Administrator to work for a growing sub contract in Middlesex. You will be joining a busy division and supporting a manager. You will ideally have worked in the construction industry before and an understanding of plant hire would be advantageous.

This is a permanent position with fantastic progression

This role is paying £25k - £30k

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:



* Assisting the busy plant team with administration duties
* Liaising with Suppliers and Site Managers
* Hiring Plant & Machinery
* Raising orders and organising delivery of goods
* Updating and maintaining Excel spread sheets
* Front of House welcoming visitors and answering phone calls
* Scanning and filing documentation
* Maintaining fleet - arranging MOTs, servicing etc…
* Managing timesheets
* Ad hoc duties as job requires

Administrator Requirements:



* Experience of administration
* Experience working within construction
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisation skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
