Administrator

We are currently recruiting for temporary office admin to be based in Hyde. A DBS IS REQUIRED.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm.

Hourly rate: £8 to £10 per hour

Duties will include:



* General admin duties
* Scanning and printing invoices
* Responding to queries via email and telephone
* Produce reports
* Maintain the database updated
* Undertaking basic other basic admin duties


Experience required:



* Must be competent on word and excel data input


* Previous admin experience
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise own work load
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Motivated, flexible, reliable and proactive
